Days of work: Weekdays with alternative Saturdays

This is an opportunity to join an independent estate agent, providing property solutions across South Bristol. They are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer services and organisational skills to join their diverse, fast paced team to provide management and support for their Lettings Negotiator team.

You will report to the Senior Lettings Negotiator and will be expected to carry out viewing of available properties and to liaise with tenants and landlords on all property enquiries. Also you will conduct all necessary property inspections during the entry of new tenants and check out of existing tenants. An important part of your role will also be to manage and maintain insurance policies and arrears lists of tenants and landlords to ensure property information is kept compliant and up to date.

Candidate requirements:

- ARLA qualified
- Strong experience in working a busy estate agency
- Excellent working knowledge of the local property market
- Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
- Able to exhibit a good level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as database management systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Full driving licence
- Access to own vehicle
