New Temptations Ltd – Stockport

We are currently looking to recruit a talented ‘Administrator’ to join a successful distributor of Lingerie and associated products.

The ideal candidate must be professional, enthusiastic, driven and focused.  The role is varied and would be suited to someone who wants to ‘get involved’ and develop the role further.

Candidates must have experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

*Prior experience working in a similar role.
*Contribute to the team at all times.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Good organisational skills and timekeeping is essential.
*A good strong team ethic and willingness to 'pitch in' whenever necessary.
*Ability to identify new business and assist in developing these opportunities

*Stock management

*Prepare presentations

*Analyse sales and stock figures
*Be fully conversant with Window packages in particular Word, Excel and Power Point.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Customer services
Processing wholesale orders
Processing Mail Orders
Issuing Invoices.
Follow up sales leads received from external sources
Follow up and process registrations received through the website.
Looking on the internet and through other sources for potential new accounts
Uploading to Sage new ranges throughout the year.

Product costings

Analysing stock levels and purchase ordering.

Analyse and report of weekly sales figures.

Process and analyse Returns
Supporting the Business Development Team.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please apply by emailing your CV.
