Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring that the team are completing their individual tasks on a daily basis, including but not limited to:

Opening scanning and allocating post;

Franking post;

Answering the telephone to clients and in some instances dealing with client queries where possible;

Preparing a log of cheques received;

Undertaking DVLA searches;

Printing letters from a generic print queue;

Actioning Court post and inputting dates for compliance of Court Orders;

Preparing bundles of documents for Court;

Stationery ordering.

Maintain accurate records;

Identify process improvements.

Maintain a good professional internal working relationship with other areas of the business.

In addition the successful candidate will undertake 1-2-1 meetings with the team and monitor their performance on a monthly basis.

Deliver against any agreed actions and provide timely feedback to the Team Leader;

Prepare and attend team meetings as required;

Be conscious of and manage your own personal development;

Manage workloads and achieve deadlines;

Ad hock tasks as and when requested by your Team Leader.

Skills and experience required

No previous experience a necessity but an understanding of managing a team would be an advantage along with being well organised and methodical.
