A highly respected and well established national facilities management (“FM”) organisation is entering its next phase of growth.  As such, new vacancies have emerged to meet the ever-increasing demand for services.  You will be based out of our retro-modern Leeds city centre offices which lie in the heart of the retail district.

Several vacancies exist for Project Administrators & Project Coordinators and successful applicants will be offered either position based on general suitability, experience and, of course, the interview (telephone & face-to-face).

Whilst experience is desirable, we encourage applications from candidates who genuinely believe in delivering the highest standards of quality, coupled with a proactive, flexible can-do attitude.  All training will be provided and, for the best performers, bonusses, benefits and varied career progression is on offer.  Successful candidates must be willing to work towards a relevant NVQ/CPD.

Administrators will support their Project Coordinators and must have the following qualities:

  • Excellent phone manner
  • Good written and communication skills – Minimum GCSE (C or above) in English
  • Good numerical skills - Minimum GCSE C or above in Maths
  • Good IT skills – especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Good organisational skills – have a meticulous eye for detail
  • Assist in budgets, margin and timescales
  • Team player – willing to learn new skills and adapt to the business needs
  • Punctual, reliable and ambitious
  • Basic knowledge of the geographical locations of major UK cities

Project Coordinators must demonstrate the above as well as:

  • Minimum 2 years project coordination experience within FM/property maintenance
  • Client Account Management capability that demonstrates consistent growth over multiple accounts
  • Managing budgets, margins and timescales
  • Manage contractors workload and performance
  • Effectively prioritise workload especially when under pressure
  • Excel in a targets-driven environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues
  • Effectively handle complaints
