Arcadia Garden Centre is part of the British Garden Centres family and is located in beautiful woodland surroundings just outside of Stokesley. The popular gift department is home to some fantastic brands and some unique gift ideas.

We are looking for an experienced Department Manager to lead the team. The successful candidate will be both a positive and creative individual. You must have a passion and an ability for creating an inspirational retail experience.

You must be enthusiastic and work closely with the centre manager and gifts buyer to pro-actively develop this part of the business. This is a hands on role where team work and communication is vital as you will be in charge of a small team of giftware assistants.

As Department Manager you must be highly organised, results driven and have excellent overall retail management skills.

• Excellent Customer service
• Stock rotation and ordering
• Administration of deliveries
• Staff Rotas and delegation of work
• Maintaining a high level of tidiness and cleanliness within the department.
