Our client is a busy and professional organisation who are seeking an administration assistant initially on a 6 month contract
Responsibilities will include
- Opening the post received each morning
- Sorting the post to be collected by Royal Mail
- Scanning of the post received by clients and the Bank
- Checking letters that are printed and put through the letter machine
- Ensure that all letters are going to the correct client
- Sorting and sending out recorded post
- Scanning new packs for customers
- Preparing refreshments and photocopying
