A great opportunity to join a leading Civil Engineering Company as a Generalist HR Advisor has arisen in West Swindon, Wiltshire.

Reporting to their HR Business Partner, they are looking for a customer focused Generalist HR Advisor to provide a proactive and comprehensive HR Advisory and administration support service to employees and Managers. This is initially on a temporary basis for a period of 12 months.

The successful person will possess up to date employment law knowledge and able to demonstrate their experience and ability to be involved in the full spectrum of HR activities including all employee relations issues, absence management, organisation development, policy and procedure development, recruitment and training as well as an ability to interact and communicate well with a diverse workforce.

As a UK employer, they have project sites throughout the UK and therefore a driving licence is essential as the role will require occasional travel.

The successful person should be either full or part CIPD qualified.
