This company is one of the UK's top providers of temporary workers and vehicle hire. They are looking for an administrator to join their fantastic team. With a turnover increase of 50% on last year and an Investor in People Gold Award winner, they are growing at a pace and they are keen to find another great person to join them on the journey.

What experience you'll need

Ideally you will have experience of working in Administration. They are looking for a team-worker with a real eye for detail. Their team is positive, focused and committed and they would love it if you are too.

They encourage people to take on responsibility when they are ready. If you already have experience of managing a team, this would be really favourable, but not essential.

What you'll be doing
You'll be working as part of the Administration Team. The majority of the time you will be checking supplier invoices and raising customer invoices on their in-house system. You will also be checking supplier statements, processing penalties and communicating with their customers and suppliers in order to resolve queries or issues.

They provide training for every function, but in order to thrive, you will need to be self-motivated with a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
