The Job
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Learning Support Assistant to work in a role that supports children within a large Primary School, to ensure they are ready to learn and are motivated by improving their attendance and behaviour.
The successful applicant will forge a strong, positive link between the child and school, whilst also providing support and guidance to children in their care in order that they make real academic and social progress.

Do you have:
- Experience of and a passion for working in an educational environment?
- Qualifications as a Teaching Assistant or in appropriate/associated areas?
- The ability to form excellent professional relationships with students, staff, and parents?
- Excellent communication skills?
