Head Bar Person / Bar & Waiting Staff – Great Leighs, Chelmsford
Our client is a stunning, award winning wedding venue, currently looking to recruit a Head Bar Person and additional Bar & Waiting Staff.
Reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Sales Manager, the Head Bar will be responsible for the management of bar staff; ensure the bars are open in preparation for the customers’ arrival; serving the customers in an efficient and friendly manner, stocktaking and ordering.
The ideal candidate will have practical bar supervisory experience.
Applicants must be personable, presentable, and be able to work both weekends and weekdays.
Our client is also looking to take on additional bar and waiting staff to meet the demands of this very popular venue.
