Estimated salary: £28,000 based on a 40 hour week or pro-rata if required
Working hours: flexible 8 or agreed hours per day between 7:00am and 5:00pm
Location: Marylands Farm, Chiselhampton, OX44 7XD

This company is a new and innovative start up business which 'off site' manufactures a range of uniquely designed eco modular buildings for a variety of market sectors. These pre¬manufactured buildings are made to the highest quality and are engineered to be perfectly carbon negative.

Having spent 3 years researching and developing two prototype models of the building and with three buildings which have been delivered to date, orders have now been placed and production has commenced.

The successful candidate must have a good all round general bookkeeping background and be familiar and confident with advanced bookkeeping responsibilities.

Reporting to the Financial Director and Production Manager

Main responsibilities - Bookkeeping:-

- Process payments into bank/petty cash
- Bank Reconciliation of all company bank accounts
- All Purchase Invoices entered into SAGE
- Assisting with preparation of quotes
- Create Sales Invoices and process receipts
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns & EC Sales Lists
- Stock control and stock building in SAGE
- Preparation of monthly management reports for Directors
- Assisting with budgets, business plans and cash flow forecasting
- Credit control
- Payroll
- CIS
- Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

- Minimum City and Guilds Level 3 in manual and computerised bookkeeping or
equivalent from AAT, ICB, IAB or experience
- Extensive working knowledge and experience of SAGE
- Helpful to have familiarity with SAGE stock control and purchase order system
- Payroll and CIS experience
