Junior Sous Chef & Sous Chef required for a fresh food Restaurant in the chesterfield area. This restaurant is serving fantastic dishes using fresh local produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie and a Sous Chef.
The role:
As Junior Sous Chef you will be in charge of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will lead a section and oversee the rest of the kitchen ensuring standards are maintained. This role will include all of the normal Junior Sous Chef duties.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will ensure each sections runs smoothly. This Sous Chef role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties
Experience:
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef from a fresh food background. Both of these roles would be suitable for a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie looking to step up
