Great Rads Ltd. are a fast up and coming supplier of Designer Radiators and Heated Towel Rails to the UK market. Operating with a fantastic online presence, the company has ambitious plans for growth utilising all modern methods of marketing, including Social Media.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and articulate individual to provide Sales Administration duties. 

The ideal candidate must be very computer literature with experience of using Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, Outlook, we also use Apple computers so previous knowledge could be advantageous although not essential. Previous administrative experience would be desirable, however training can be provided for the right person who wants to learn as a starting role.

Duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders.

  • Sending purchase orders to suppliers

  • Co-ordinating orders so they arrive promptly to the customers satisfaction

  • Providing quotations

  • Processing invoices

  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.

  • Taking phone calls from customers.

  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers

  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

  • Data entry of new products for display on the website

  • Liaising with supplier representatives

  • Liaising with customers, both retail and trade

  • Arranging courier drops

Requirements for the role:

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of customers at the same time.

  • Ability to prioritise own workload.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite

  • An administrative or sales background.

  • Must be detail oriented

Hours will be 8.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
