The company is a national company with over 20 years experience within the security industry, with its head office based in Staffordshire. The company provides a truly unique service specialising in monitored home protection, which keeps the home and family safe from intruders, fire, medical emergencies, CO, leaks and floods.


Due to the continuous growth and expansion of the business they are now recruiting for ambitious telesales/lead generators to join our team.


We are currently looking for confident, independent individuals that have experience in outbound calls and possess an excellent telephone manner, the ideal candidate will be motivated to build a career in sales.


As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be required to contact potential customers offering them a free consultation with one of our experienced security consultants to discuss the Smart Home Protection products. We are looking for someone that has experience in lead generation and can meet their targets and tight deadlines-this is a target driven role with excellent earning potential.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous telesales experience
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A 'self starter' attitude
  • Ability to 'think on your feet'
  • An ability to work to targets and a hunger for bonus.

In return we offer a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure also.


Working hours will be MONDAY-FRIDAY 9.30am- 5.30pm
With 28 days holiday.
