Support work is a real calling and you will be providing life changing support to individuals who need it most, in a unique position where you will make a real difference.

We offer competitive rates of pay including the opportunity to work 30 hours over the weekend. We also offer weekly pay, specialist training courses relevant to your role, flexible working, day or night shifts and the opportunity to undertake a care qualification, free of charge.

Essential Criteria:

- You must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a social care setting

- You must have the right to work within the UK.

- You need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.

- Situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging. You will need a willingness to work with a variety of clients with differing needs and an ability to work with challenging clients and demonstrate patience and compassion

As soon as pre-employment checks and training are complete, which will take no longer than two weeks, subject to DBS, immediate work is available.

This role is subject to full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS disclosure. The cost of this will be met by the applicant, but we also accept portable, enhanced DBS certificates.
