Job Title: CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator/Machinist/Toolmaker

Location: Newbury, Berkshire (RG14)

Salary: Competitive (dependant on skills and experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:45 / Friday 07:30-12:00

Overtime - Usually Available

Job Role:

Our Client is a Newbury based Engineering Solutions Company formed in 1992. They aim to offer a local manufacturing facility and provide a superb level of service to industry. They will help their Clients design, develop and manufacture jigs, fixtures and tools from prototype form through to small batches and then onto large quantity production.

They currently have 2 vacancies available:

• 1 x CNC Programmer/Operator/Setter
• 1 x Manual Machinist / Toolmaker

CNC Programmer/Operator/Setter

You'll need to be capable of programming/setting/operating Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain based 3-axis/4-axis/ forth coming 5-axis Milling Machines. Fanuc based Lathes with driven tooling and barfeed. Needs to be capable of problem solving and working in a team environment.

Must have experience of Cad Cam.

This person is to become a key player in a small team. Do not apply unless you are Innovative/ambitious/energetic.

Successful candidate must be competent with:

• Fanuc Series OI-MC
• Fanuc Series OI-MD
• Cad Cam (training provided)
• Siemens
• Heidenhain

Manual Machinist / Toolmaker

You'll need to be capable and competent of working manual Milling machines and Lathes to a high standard, producing components in a wide range of different materials.

General quantities of 1-5 off. Also including second operations.

Needs to be capable of problem solving and working in a team environment.

• Operating Manual Mills and Manual Lathes
