SCHOOL CARETAKER

(Part Time, 18.5 hours a week)

SALARY: £9 090 - £10 100 per year for 18.5 hours a week                       

(Equivalent Hourly Rate: £9.68 to £10.47)

Exeter Mathematics School (EMS) is a unique 6^th form, based in the recently refurbished, grade 2* listed, Rougemont House, in Exeter city centre.  We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker with responsibility for the maintenance, security and safety of the School site. 

The successful candidate will be positive and self-motivated with good practical skills and an absolute commitment to the highest standards of service.  S/he must be able to work flexible hours, be highly dependable and have a can-do attitude. 

Our ideal term time working hours are, 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, with an additional 1 hour a week for late closures.  We will be able to offer some flexibility with these times and be even more flexible during school holidays.
