About the Job
Do you want to be part of our fast paced Quality Assurance team, responsible for testing our web store systems and ensuring our online customers have a first class experience every day?
Are you excited by developing and implementing test scenarios, investigating issues, and ensuring these are properly recorded so our development team can put them right?
Are you driven to provide outstanding customer service by resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently?
You will be part of a team responsible for testing our webstores, reporting and assessing bugs and highlighting issues as and when they arise. You will be expected to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to deliver the business requirements.
You will also be responsible for investigating operational issues on our live sites and taking action as appropriate to ensure our level of customer service is always of the highest order.
We know it is hard to deal with many situations at once and you will need to be able to understand and assess issues quickly as well as being resourceful at all times.
Please note that this is a technical role and whilst some knowledge of software testing techniques and AGILE methodologies is desirable, it is not essential. What is essential is a desire to learn.
