.Net Developer, C#, WCF, ASP.NET, Agile

.Net Developer required by highly successful, cutting edge and rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Brighton. We are looking for an energetic Developer with ambition and imagination who will help this organisation continue to push the boundaries. You will be responsible for the successful development of software projects for their international client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sustainable products in line with best practice, relevant standards and technological developments
• Ensure developed solutions deliver true business value meeting customer requirements
• Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test driven development
• Foster collaboration and communication amongst team members
• Assist QA with software application testing as needed
• Provide guidance and advice to the Support Team as required

Key Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science or similar
• 2 -3 years software development experience
• Excellent software development skills (C#, SQL, XSLT, WCF, Web Api, ASP.NET)
• Design and implementation of services using WCF or other service-oriented technologies
• Experience using Visual Studio and Git
• Excellent Object Oriented Design skills (Design Patterns, SOLID)
• TDD (Test Driven Design)
• Experience of continuous integration, continuous deployment and automated integration testing.
• Ability to operate independently within defined methodologies, procedures, and guidelines
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Technical writing skills
