A fast growing healthcare solutions provider based in Stoke on Trent are building a talented .NET Development Team, and need a C# Software Development Team Lead to come in and lead one of the teams! They are building compelling solutions for data collection, management and analysis across the R&D continuum, using a range of technologies in the .NET framework, such as C#, VB.NET, REST Web Services, MS SQL Server, SVN, JIRA and more.
They have a global customer base, which come back to them time and time again due to how this companies software solution portfolio increases productivity by automating study-related processes.
As a C# Software Development Team Lead in this business, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers working on the implementation of a variety of software projects. You will have the ownership of the management of source code and baselining within the version control software, as well as playing a critical role in co-ordinating software, database builds and internal installations.
There are development teams based across various locations - whilst you will be based in Stoke on Trent, you will get the chance to interact with the other development teams in the business, and provide guidance where needed.
As a C# Software Development Team Lead joining the business, you should have experience in the following areas:
Managing development teams or leading projects
Experience with full SDLC
5+ years of developing commercial software using technologies like VB.NET, C#, REST Web Services, MS SQL Server, SVN, JIRA
