Triumph has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Loading Bay Manager working in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role will involve providing support to the Assembly Manager in the day to day running of the assembly line to incorporate the organisation and planning of work with multiple departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Health and Safety shall be the overriding factor in every operation.
• Carrying out all aspects of work within the loading bay in a safe, efficient and customer focused manner.
• Full supervision of your shift using the resources to ensure best operational efficiency.
• Ensure all orders are picked accurately and that the materials dispatched match those noted on the documentation for product code, pack size, number of units.
• Ensure all orders for our customers are loaded carefully to ensure they reach their destination in pristine condition.
• Supervise and assist with the loading/unloading, storage and loading of all goods outwards and goods inwards ensuring that operational procedures are followed.
• Strict compliance with customer service and quality requirements.
• Control the activities of the loading bay team with regard to the issue of work, sorting queries, ensuring materials and equipment are available to perform the required functions.
• Highlight any order shortages to the Production Director.
• Complete all associated paperwork appropriately and legibly.
• Be involved in team meetings, progress meetings, operator training, project work and any other duties normally expected from a person in this position as and when required.
• Introduce positive changes into the department.
