Display & Affiliates Executive

We are growing the P&O Cruises e-commerce offering so that we can provide a world class brand specific digital experience and are currently looking for a Display and Affiliates Executive to help support the business.

The P&O Cruises Digital team is responsible for driving and maintaining P&O Cruises digital presence across the entire customer journey, and in particular, is playing a central role in cost-effective marketing acquisition. The scope of the team's responsibilities includes managing the brand websites, other digital platforms and all elements of digital marketing, including social media, online display advertising, PPC, SEO, email marketing, affiliates, lead generation and more.

The Display & Affiliates Executive is responsible for managing and driving forward our Display and Affiliates activity for P&O Cruises and the integration of these channels into broader brand and acquisition marketing activities through active digital partnerships.

About you:

To be successful as Display & Affiliates Executive we are looking for someone with the following:

• The experience of managing Display and Affiliates marketing activity at a similar level of responsibility.
• Evidence of strategic thought-leadership within Display and Affiliates.
• Accomplished experience of managing significant budgets.
• Evidence of developing relationships with the major digital media suppliers and digital partnerships.
• Strategic media planning and ability to work closely with a wide-range of diverse marketing channels.
• Responsibility for meeting significant revenue targets and being held accountable for them.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced experience of using web analytics, ideally Google Analytics.

For the Display & Affiliates Executive you will have substantial experience of influencing at a senior level, coupled with the ability to build close working relationships with internal teams and managing external agencies. Preferably you will have travel industry exposure, but this is not essential.

You'll need to have strong commercial acumen, putting our guests at the heart of every decision. You'll naturally have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and will be considerate of other people's perspectives. Key to your success will be your ability to identify new ways of doing things, and approach situations with an open mind, you'll be a strong, tenacious team player and you will approach change with a positive outlook, identifying the potential opportunities presented.
