Salary GBP55,000 plus bonus and package

Previous Experience
- Should have overseen at least 5-6 restaurants previously as an Area/ Ops Manager.
- Bar experience useful but not a necessity
- At least one high volume site under your management in previous job for a time frame of 3 years
- Should have had a team report into you which includes General Managers and office team
- Very comfortable with Stock reconciliation and budgeting
- Experience with delivering training at both operational and management level
