Harbour has delivered needs-led services for over 40 years for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse. Our work with perpetrators is expanding so we want to strengthen our team of perpetrator workers. We are seeking men and women interested in joining the service which works across the Tees Valley and Durham.

We welcome applications from enthusiastic, capable individuals with excellent people skills, an ability to motivate individuals towards positive change, an aptitude for communication and an ability to work with initiative. We are very interested to hear from those with experience of working with offenders, in particular perpetrators of domestic abuse.   Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
