Full Time Duty Manager required for a fast growing leisure company in Reading, Berkshire.Teamsport Karting currently has 17 exciting tracks across the UK with more about to open. We are a fast growing, adrenalin fuelled and professional company that looks for talented, customer focused individuals, with a desire to succeed. Our Duty Manager roles cover everything from staff management, site health and safety, daily, weekly and monthly administration and compliance and above all customer service. This job will also take responsibility for marketing and outreach programmes at the track and will spend time communicating with members via the phone, email and face to face about new and existing events that we run. We are growing fast so if you have your heart set on the next job then we really are the company for you.
We are looking for 12-18 months experience in the Leisure/Retail similar industry, with 6-12 months minimum in a supervisory role. You will need to work evenings and weekends and be no further than a 45 minute drive from the track.
