Sales Executive is needed by this leading referral service for lawyers across all corners of the globe to be based in their central Birmingham offices.

They are looking for an experienced sales person or a graduate who has the talent and desire to succeed in a sales role to work in their elite team. The role will involve calling lawyers, offering them membership to their service, offering you the potential to earn substantial commission.

Their clients are high end professional lawyers and the successful candidate must be able to liaise with this calibre of client in a professional manner, whether selling to them via a telephone call or composing emails. You will manage the whole sales process from sourcing suitable lawyers for membership, (we will show you how) to selling their service and at the final stages making sure they are satisfied with the profile and all other aspects of their membership. It is essential that you have excellent written and oral communication skills with a working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Candidates must have a real drive and hunger to succeed with a proven successful sales background or the willingness to learn new sales skills and be a competitive member of our team. They offer a basic of £18,000 to £24,000 per year depending on sales experience plus 30% commission on all sales paid over a basic target each month. This is a unique position as there are no limits to the earning potential as we provide an uncapped commission structure.

They sell memberships to every country in the world and with hundreds of thousands of lawyers across all jurisdictions there are virtually limitless potential members to contact and sell to.
