Main duties:
Your role will be to be the first point of contact for advice and support with customers and deliver a professional, efficient and timely service.

The Role:
- To deliver Excellent Customer Service at all times
- To respond to and process enquiries (telephone & e-mail) in a timely fashion
- To plan and manage courier deliveries
- To create and issue V.A.T. invoices
- To ensure that company policies are respected at all times
- To follow up customer orders and compile feedback
- To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
- To create & maintain information on the company database

The Candidate:
- Fluency in German as well as English is Essential (Written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent and confident communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proactive, positive, and reliable personality
- Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
- Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tasks

Salary: £20k pa + Benefits
