OFFICE MANAGER / PA TO HEADTEACHER
Full Time, Term time + 2 weeks per year
Band 9, £22,952 to £25,335 of the Redhill Trust pay spine
Actual salary paid £20,326 to £22,436

We are looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to the Headteacher.  You will provide a full administrative service including diary appointments, correspondence to staff, parents and all other Academy clients.  You will be required to attend staff meetings, SLT meetings and progress review meetings and take minutes where necessary.

You will also manage a team of Administrators and assist with some out of hours school events. The post also requires you to act as Clerk to the Governing Body, providing effective administrative support, including agendas and minute taking.  You will be responsible for dealing with ad-hoc student applications/admissions and all administration in relating to the Appeals process.
