Office Adminstrator
Our Client has an opportunity for a team-oriented individual with good communication skills as Office Administrator based in Stockton-On-Tees.
The successful candidate in this role of Office Administrator will support in ensuring that office activities run smoothly. The business is a supplier to the automotive industry and therefore places great importance on quality and reliability in both its products and its employees. Key tasks will include:
- Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and directing calls.
- Dealing with visitors to the site.
- Supporting the management team.
- Managing consumables as required.
- Keeping purchase and sales ledgers up-to-date.
- Carrying out other administrative tasks as required.
- Covering some key tasks of other staff if required during holiday/absence.
The successful candidate will be:
- Personable with excellent communication skills.
- Cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
- Have good organisational skills with ability to pay attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Have a flexible approach with the ability to tackle a wide-range of work.
- Have the confidence to work independently if required.
- Able to use Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Sage applications (200 & 50) would be beneficial.
