The Role - Interim Assistant Controller
They currently have a vacancy for an Interim Assistant Controller within their Finance division. The role reports into the Finance Director
The key aim of the Interim Assistant Controller is the management of the finance team and the FSSC relationship. Monthly reporting and provision of management information. Financial analysis and insights to support business growth.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Management and development of the team
- Work with FSSC to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to Group
- Maintain close relationship with FSSC and monitor performance to ensure providing good accounting service
- Improvement in finance and business processes (both internat and FSSC)
- Inventory control and reduction
- Work with FSSC to activel manage receivables and maximise cash
- Provide monthlu/regular management information and develop support relationship with operational mamagers
- Develop value-adding role of Financeto improve business performance.
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience of managing a team (essential)
- Experience working with SAP (essential)
- Working with FSSC (essential) in India (desirable)
- Qualified Accountant (desirable)
- Making and/or implementing financial process improvements (desirable)
- Improving AR overdue debts and cash allocatioins (desirable)
- Developing business partnering (desirable)
