Contracts Manager

Resulting from a period of continued growth, this company is currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager into the technical team, to work on Architectural & Structural metalwork projects associated with a diverse range of light to medium industrial applications.

The company are seeking an experienced individual with good leadership skills to service existing client relationships and help establish new clients.

The successful applicant would be expected to fulfil, but not limited to, the following roles:

- Liaising with the customer, Post tender review meetings, full 360 client program management
- On-site meetings, Reviews
- Building client relationships
- Ensure the client Program is delivered on time and on budget
- Responsible for Monthly payment applications for each project
- Coordinate the Planning, implementation and client liaison of all project work.

The successful candidate needs to be motivated, numerate and be able to work to tight deadlines and be confident in dealing with multiple projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for Work in Progress updates and Sales predictions. Ideally working from a sub- contractor environment although not essential.

Health & safety is of paramount importance at all times. The Contracts Manager will ensure the planning and execution of all projects are completed within the time scale parameters without compromising safety.

- Responsible for Method Statements
- Responsible for Risk Assessments
