This young, innovative B2B conference and training company is in need of a (predominantly home based) Events Manager to be responsible for their growing portfolio of highly acclaimed events. It's an extremely interesting and highly autonomous role, where you will be dealing daily with international business leaders. Working to a busy event schedule, you will be a key member of their tight knit team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Venue and Supplier Sourcing and Management:
- Finding suitable venues for their events. Negotiating the best rates/packages and liaising with the venue at all stages of delivery.
- Sourcing, securing the best rates and managing suppliers for signage, printed materials etc.

Agenda and Speaker Management:
- Preparing and circulating a welcome pack for all speakers.
- Following up with speakers to receive all photos and bios.
- Organising conference calls between panel speakers in advance of the conference to help them prepare for their presentations.
- Working with the conference producer to manage any speaker or agenda changes and ensuring that the website is correct at all times.
- Preparing a conference pack for the event Chairperson.

Sponsor & Exhibitor (Spex) Management:
- Preparing and circulating a logistics pack for all sponsors and exhibitors.
- Fulfilling all deliverables agreed in the spex contract.
- Allocating exhibition stand space according to seniority of sponsor.
- Being the first point of call for all client needs and requests.

Delegate Management:
- Setting up the Eventbrite registration booking system.
- Preparing and circulating a welcome pack for all delegates and guests.
- Maintaining a real time record of all registered attendees and ensuring that they are correctly coded and added to our CRM system.
- Preparing delegate documentation packs containing the agenda, speaker bios, sponsors, exhibitors and media partners. Proofing the document once received from the designer prior to printing.
- Preparing and printing delegate badges for registration.

General:
- Ensuring that all required event information is supplied correctly to the web designer and is then accurately displayed on the event website. Continuing to be the main liaison between the team and the web designer for any additions or revisions.

Budget:
- Updating the event P&L with all costs and revenue on a daily basis.

You will be a highly organised, confident, independent worker with excellent spoken and written English, with strong commercial awareness, exceptionally high attention to detail and a cost-savvy approach. Your previous experience must demonstrate your ability to manage a heavy workload whilst remaining completely on top of everything and thriving on the buzz!

This is a full time - predominantly home working position. Flexi-time will be considered if required.
