They aim to provide a high standard of personal health care to patients, from one-off problems to longer-term illnesses. Due to the retirement of an existing member of the team an opportunity has arisen for an experienced part time Practice Nurse to join their team.
THE ROLE: Based within the medical group in Chichester, West Sussex your role as a Practice Nurse will include chronic disease management and family planning.
