An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to join this expanding company to generate new clients for an exciting, fast growing online Recruitment Advertising company.

It is essential for this role that you are able to drive and have a vehicle, as you will be required to attend some client meetings.


As a Sales & Business Development Executive your duties will be to:

  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Generate new business by converting leads/cold calling on new business.
  • Utilising lead generation tools to research and develop new sales markets.
  • Help maximise the existing clients where necessary and provide a top level service.
  • Ensuring that you identify and meet and all the needs of the clients, and maximise potential revenue opportunities.
  • Maximizing client opportunities.
  • Ability to hit and exceed targets.
  • Proactively manage minimum monthly usage clients.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on client spends.
  • Prepare quotation packages and gather all required information.
  • Attend Client meetings

The ideal Sales & Business Development Executive will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle#
  • Prior knowledge of online recruitment advertising / job boards is highly desirable.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills are essential.
  • B2B sales experience is highly desirable.
  • New business sales experience.
  • Diary management.
  • Account management.
