Outgoing and enthusiastic candidate required to manage a team in our busy city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves managing a team of administrators. The team will handle administration and customer service of Medico Legal cases.

The role of the Team Leader will involve:
• Leading, motivating and coaching a team 
• Monitor and maintain productivity and quality targets of the team
• Day to day management of the workload and administrators
• Calculate accurate deadlines and ensure that these are met on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• Knowledge and experience of staff management with strong interpersonal, influencing and people management skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of teamwork and the behaviours required to make a team effective
• Results focused
• Able to handle challenging and demanding customers and solicitors effectively
• Proactive individual, with drive to make things happen

•Demonstrates strong leadership skills and provides clear vision to motivate self and others

• Able to demonstrate approach required to effectively manage performance of others
• Previous legal experience preferred although not essential
