Our client, a global leader in information security, is looking for an EMEA Customer Services Representative to join their team on a 12 month contract.

As an EMEA Customer Services Representative, you’ll be responsible for supporting our client’s order processing function. Above all, you’ll strive to provide an outstanding level of service to customers.

In this diverse role, you’ll accurately process hardware and license renewals and internal paperwork in a timely manner. 

Responding to customer queries, you’ll provide them with information regarding their orders and swiftly address any issues in a timely manner. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have order administration and customer service experience, preferably gained within an IT organisation. 

Self-motivated and organised, as an EMEA Customer Services Representative, you must have superb communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be a positive team player with a great eye for detail. 

Fluency in a second European language, in addition to English would be beneficial to your application, as would a minimum of a secondary school level education.
