Working as a Security - Operations Compliance Officer you will be a pivotal part in supporting the companies operational teams in the smooth running and compliance in various security contracts.
Progression to managerial positions available for the right candidates
SIA licence is not essential as our client will licence those who they feel would be suitable in the role and who would like to pursue a career within the company.
Full time - Shifts of 4 on 4 off, days and nights.

- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct operational and compliance reviews
- Working with the public and employees to provide a high level of customer service.

Essential Criteria For the role of Security - Operations Compliance Officer :
- A Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle is required as travel to multiple sites is needed
- Strong Customer Service Skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- IT literate
- Enthusiastic, motivational and honest
- Smart and professional appearance
- SIA licence is desired however full training can be provided
- Live within a Commutable distance of Bristol .
