German speaking Customer Service advisors x 2
JR Personnel are an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for 2 German speaking customer service professionals to join a busy team spanning three markets including the UK, USA & Germany
Role profile:
- Dealing with customer queries, via email, letter or fax
- Handling Customer complaints
- Accounts Management
- Processing orders & returns
- Payments allocation
- Issuing cheques
- Credit Control
Person profile:
- Confident and self motivated
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Able to demonstrate logical thinking and predict patterns or repeat behaviour
Essential criteria:
- Fluent in German to a near native proficiency
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
- Possess certificates/proof of foreign language skills, as applicants required to speak in German at interview
- Previous experience of customer service and an understanding of processing order and stock management
Desired criteria:
- Native German speaker
- A knowledge of the Fashion industry.
