Assistant Catering Manager

Salary up to £25,400 per annum.

We are currently recruiting an experienced and talented Assistant Catering Manager to join our professional and successful Catering Team.

We are committed to upholding our already high standards of food service and customer care within the unique setting of the College The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all functions held in College run smoothly, and will oversee everything from planning and preparation to service and staff management.

Ideally holding a formal qualification in catering or hospitality, you should have a record of success in a similar role and the leadership qualities to help a team perform to their full potential and achieve the highest possible standards to excellence. This is a ‘hands on' role where confidence and credibility are important together with the communication skills to deal with a diverse range of people.

We offer a generous benefits package including 33 day's annual leave including bank holidays, pension scheme and the opportunity to work in a historic and inspiring environment. The working hours will be an average of 37.5 per week working in shift pattern which will include evening and weekend working
