We are currently recruiting for a Technical Operations Manager. Leading Curo Responsive Repairs and Voids teams you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational management of our in-house workforce in the delivery of responsive and void repair works.

You will have a proven track record in managing a direct labour organsisation and a sound understanding of the requirements of responsive and void repairs delivery within a social housing environment. You'll be skilled at motivating and influencing colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and working collaboratively to deliver renowned customer service in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
