This is an entry level Administration Assistant role in a growing Flooring Fitting company, New Homes Carpeting Limited. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.
The main duties of the roles are:
- Filing
- Data Input
- Taking Phone Calls
- Meeting and Greeting Visitors
- Photocopying
- Supporting the team of Estimators in a range of admin tasks
- Ad hoc office duties as and when required
The successful candidate will be able to use Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook Email confidently. They will be able to demonstrate they have good attention to detail and are able to accurately input data. They will have a polite and courteous telephone manner. Training will be provided.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Holiday is 20 days, plus 8 Bank Holidays and extra days leave at Christmas for shutdown. A pension scheme is provided. There is no guaranteed on site parking.
