Moir Wade Design have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small hard working team in Leicestershire. Joining us, you will receive a competitive salary with negotiable hours.
The Office Administrator Role
Day to day you will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with paperwork generated by projects and filing accordingly
2. Ensuring that customer files are up to date (quotes, drawings etc.)
3. Answering the phone and booking appointments
4. Liaising with clients
5. Recording all enquiries and monitoring progress
6. Placing orders with suppliers
7. Raising invoices and preparing information for our book keeper
8. Organising and maintaining a library of supplier catalogues and relevant samples
9. Prepare client “Care Package” for handover at the end of a project
10. Handling paperwork related to other aspects of the business, eg insurance documents and personnel records
Requirements
Essential
1. Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
2. Professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written including a good telephone manner
3. General knowledge of accounting processes and invoicing procedures
4. Adapt positively and assist with developing and implementing new processes and procedures
Desirable
1. Strong I.T. skills especially using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
