Assistant Directory Publication Artworker Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and distribute artwork files while also dealing with the daily processing and delivery of page layouts, using a range of design applications and production tools.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of key services.
- You'll be able to develop and share new ideas, while supporting key events like new season publication launches - at times meaning working additional hours.
- Have outstanding technical understanding of the Mac operating system.
- You'll also be highly skilled in design applications and production tools including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator content management systems, image databases, font management systems and Microsoft packages.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills, you'll be able to build strong internal and external relationships, and effectively share knowledge throughout the business.
- Working in a fast paced environment you'll be extremely self-motivated and able to efficiently work on your own to ensure deadlines are met.
The ideal Assistant Directory Publication Artworker:
- You'll need to have extensive experience in a similar role or environment.
- Be an expert in the Mac operating system and highly skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as font management systems and Microsoft packages.
- You work effectively on your own, managing your workload and delivering against demanding deadlines.
- You deliver accurate and high quality work in a fast paced production environment. A confident communicator, capable of building relationships internally and with suppliers.
