Salary - DOE - Uncapped Commission

Due to continued year on year growth, we are now looking for a Resourcer to join our expanding IT Division and working specifically in our most profitable sector.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual, ideally with B2B experience, who is looking to develop a career within a challenging sales environment. You will have a strong work ethic, with a willingness to provide a high quality service at all times. Competitiveness and desire to hit and surpass targets will be key to succeeding in the role.

As a Resourcer, you will be trained in the key aspects of recruitment, enabling you to develop lasting relationships within your market and excel ultimately as an IT Recruitment Consultant. At first you will be expected to work closely with senior consutltants to assist in sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies with some of our key clients and develop leads for market development.
