Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a number of Contact Centre Advisor roles on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Didsbury.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is able to deliver an effortless customer experience to work in an environment that is focused on helping people, not sales and in a great team of highly energised people.

As Contact Centre Advisor, you will receive calls, e-mails and social media requests from customers and those people who want to become customers. Your role will be to help people with the wide variety of enquiries associated with their tenancy from reporting repairs and making appointments for these to helping customers to apply for a new home or managing their payments

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidates will be individuals who are motivated to deliver an excellent service to customers and colleagues.

To be successful you will have the excellent IT skills and the ability to learn the use of new IT systems quickly, you must be confident, professional and friendly when dealing with customers and have the ability to quickly resolve customer enquiries over the telephone.

The hours range from 17.5 hours to 35 hours per week and is based on rotating shift patterns between 8am- 6pm Monday to Friday with no weekend or evening work.
