Assistant Shift Leader key responsibilities:
As an Assistant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring that KPI’s are achieved as well as providing feedback and training. Analysis of stock, sales & logs will also be required, on an ongoing basis to ensure correct numbers and quality are being achieved.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Supervisor who has experience of working under pressure, multi-tasking and training staff. Ideally you would have worked with software led processes and have worked in the book industry previously.

- Maintaining & monitoring KPI’s for business
- Producing regular feedback reports for staff
- Training new staff, coaching current staff
- Working closely with Shift Leader
- Analysis of all aspects of the stock logging process from quality of sort to logging inventory
- Comply with, all company policies, rules and procedures for Health & Safety and current Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Supervisor who has experience of working under pressure, multi-tasking and training staff. Ideally you would have worked with software led processes and have worked in the book industry previously.

- A competitive salary of circa £19,000 (Depending on experience).
