Care / Support workers - Colchester - **£500 Annual Bonus Scheme **

This specialist care provider is looking for Male & Female Support workers. This provider, Based in Colchester is a supported living service that supports young adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviour and Complex needs. They strive to promote independence, self-esteem and person centred care to provide support to their service users that respects their own choices, values and preferences. They currently have several vacancies for support workers due to a recent expansion.

They are looking for people that are motivated, passionate and have excellent communication skills. They provide all relevant training to promote your own professional development. Experienced health and social care professionals are welcomed as well as individuals looking for a new and exciting career in a highly successful service.

Desirable qualifications and attributes:

- Experience with Autism and challenging behaviour
- Relevant qualification such as Care Certificate or Health and Social Care NVQ/QCF
- Current UK Driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, caring nature
- Team player
- Experience of lone working desirable

They pay for your DBS (saving you £44)

36 hours per week

They pay from £7.50 to £9.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is excluding their £500 Annual Christmas Bonus!!!
