Our company client is a well respected and reputable financial services organisation, with multiple offices across the UK. They are currently seeking to take on board a dynamic and self motivated Key Account Team Manager to join the team and look after their Group Protection / Group Risk clients. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the business, working with senior level stakeholders and developing relationships both internally and externally whilst managing a team. This is an excellent opportunity for career development.
Major accountabilities for this position will include:
* As the Key Account Team Manager, you will lead and engage your team to ensure your clients in Group Protection / Group Risk are getting the top level of services.
* To work in partnership with all stakeholders e.g. Key Account, distribution, benefits, Product and Actuarial, Insurance Customer Service.
* Provides inspirational leadership by developing, coaching and empowering people that embeds a culture of people engagement and value
* Use your Group Protection / Group Risk experience at a managerial level to engage key accounts.
Key competencies and experience required:
* As the Key Account Team Manager, you will have excellent Group Protection / Group Risk Market experience and knowledge;
* Proactively manages their own personal development in order to reach their potential and is capable and confident to support and deputise for their line manager when required.
* Must enjoy innovating and finding smarter, efficient and better ways of delivering your service proposition to your key account.
* Understanding of work allocation and prioritisation of work to meet demanding deadlines
* Coaching and leadership skills
