Salary: £4.00 per hour plus incremental increases to £4.50 after 3 months and £5.00 per hour after six months.

Our client is the UK’s leading, award-winning self-catering holiday specialist. They currently have opportunities for Customer Service Consultants Apprentices working 40 hours per week, with some evening and weekend shifts and the opportunity to become a permanent member of their team.

Their Customer Service team are a point of contact for customers calling into their Sales Centre. Responsible for handling inbound calls and resolving customers’ queries; passion and enthusiasm are key factors for success as well as building rapport with their customers and understanding their needs.

They are looking for individuals who;

• Understand the importance of making the most of each call while delivering outstanding customer service to their customers

• Have a strong work ethic and positive approach under pressure

Their 2-week induction schedule covers all areas of sales training including; systems, insurance training, product knowledge and practical experience within their Sales Centre. To qualify for this apprenticeship scheme you must have a grade c or higher in GCSE Maths and English or be prepared to work towards achieving this.

Start date 28th November 2016 (2 weeks, Mon- Fri, 9am to 5pm).
