We are continuously recruiting for Production Operatives to work on behalf of our client, a food manufacturing company based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Working alongside our client’s established team, you will be trained on the job to pick up the skills needed to perform in a fast paced, quality and safety driven environment.

The key purpose of the role is to prepare food products ready to be dispatched. You will be required to work in a busy processing plant, where duties are to include production, packing and cleaning; candidates will be handling products in accordance to food hygiene regulations.

You will need to be prepared to work in a cold environment as certain areas of the factory are chilled as well as wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) we supply.

Food production or warehouse experience will give you a head start, but if you enjoy being active and busy at work, and can show us you work well as part of a team, get in touch!

Candidates must be able to get to and from the site for the relevant shift times, work accurately in a timely manner with excellent efficiency levels and a dexterous approach, to ensure our client’s orders and quality demands are met.

There are a variety of shifts available for both days, 7am-3pm and nights, 5pm-1am working any 5 days from 7. You will be paid £7.20 per hour and there is a £4 per shift allowance for the night shift.
